MOLECULAR MEDICINE TRI-CONFERENCE 2014 CALLED A GREAT SUCCESS

Next Event to Take Place February 15-20, 2015 in San Francisco

Molecular Med Tri-Conference would like to thank all of the speakers and attendees, sponsors and exhibitors who came to San Francisco for this year’s annual event. The event drew a large number of attendees with 3,000+ participants from 40 countries networking and discussing current and emerging trends and advances in molecular medicine with a focus on drug discovery, genomics, diagnostics, and information technology.

Highlights of this year’s Tri-Conference includes:

  • Expanded program that included 6 symposia, 20 short courses, and 15 conference programs, 400 presentations, 30+ interactive breakout discussion groups, and 400+ speakers
  • For the first time in over 10 years we brought back a dedicated conference on sequencing. As many will recall this event’s infancy was heavily devoted to the Human Genome Project and we were excited to reintroduce sequencing to this event.
  • New Conference Programs focusing on PCR, Sample Prep, Epigenetics, and Sequencing as well as new Symposia including Leaders in Precision Medicine and Circulating Cell-Free DNA.
  • Three compelling Plenary Keynote presentations featuring thought leaders in Molecular Medicine, including
  • David R. Gandara, M.D., Director, Thoracic Oncology Program; Professor and Senior Advisor to Director, UC Davis Cancer Center
  • Kimberly L. Blackwell, M.D., Professor of Medicine, Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology; Director, Breast Cancer Program, Duke Cancer Institute
  • C. Thomas Caskey, M.D., FACP, FRSC, Professor, Department of Molecular and Human Genetics, Baylor College of Medicine
  • Plenary Keynote Panel: Emerging Technologies and Industry Perspectives with panelists from Ontario Cancer Institute, Asuragen, Biocartis, Luminex, Quanterix Corporation, The Jackson Laboratory, and Remedy Informatics
  • Exhibit Hall of 200+ companies featuring novel technologies and solutions.
  • Over 125 scientific posters offering the latest research.
