Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s 2nd Annual

Spatial Biology

Adding a New Dimension to Multi-Omic Analysis

March 6-7, 2023

Emerging technologies in spatial biology promise to enable better understanding of biological pathways, discovery of new biomarkers and drug targets, and more insightful translational research. Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s 2nd Annual Spatial Biology meeting will explore the latest technologies and research in using spatial multi-omics tools to uncover molecular insights in oncology, neurology, immunology, and more.

Coverage will include, but is not limited to:

  • Multiplexed imaging and spatial transcriptomics
  • Spatially-resolved proteomics and multi-omics techniques
  • Spatial biology for biomarker discovery in immuno-oncology
  • Spatial assays for translational research
  • Integrative analysis of expression and tissue data
  • Understanding viral host immune response
  • Biology of tumor immune microenvironment
  • Resolution of complex biological systems
  • Mapping tissue heterogeneity to subcellular discovery
  • Applications in oncology, neurology, immunology, etc.

The deadline for priority consideration is July 29, 2022.

All proposals are subject to review by session chairpersons and/or the Scientific Advisory Committee to ensure the overall quality of the conference program. Additionally, as per Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s policy, a select number of vendors and consultants who provide products and services will be offered opportunities for podium presentation slots based on a variety of Corporate Sponsorships.
