Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s 4th Annual
Spatial Biology and Single-Cell Multiomics
Adding a New Dimension to Multiomic Analysis
March 11-12, 2025
Emerging technologies in spatial biology and single-cell analysis promise to enable better understanding of biological pathways, discovery of new biomarkers and drug targets, and more insightful translational research. Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s 4th Annual Spatial Biology and Single-Cell Multiomics meeting will explore the latest technologies and research in using spatial multiomics tools to uncover molecular insights in oncology, neurology, immunology, and more.
Coverage will include, but is not limited to:
- Multiplexed imaging and spatial transcriptomics
- Single-cell multiomics analysis
- Spatial deconvolution of tissue and single-cell molecular imaging
- Spatially resolved proteomics and multiomics techniques
- Spatial biology for biomarker discovery in immuno-oncology
- Spatial assays for translational research
- Integrative analysis of expression and tissue data
- Understanding viral host immune response
- Biology of tumor immune microenvironment
- Resolution of complex biological systems
- Mapping tissue heterogeneity to subcellular discovery
- Applications in oncology, neurology, immunology, etc.
- Spatial profiling to characterize tissue microenvironment
- Machine learning to interpret spatial profiling data
- Identification of spatially variable genes (SVGs)
- AI-powered imaging and digital pathology for spatial biology
- Impact of single-cell and spatial biology on biomarker discovery
The deadline for priority consideration is September 13, 2024.
All proposals are subject to review by session chairpersons and/or the Scientific Advisory Committee to ensure the overall quality of the conference program. Additionally, as per Cambridge Healthtech Institute’s policy, a select number of vendors and consultants who provide products and services will be offered opportunities for podium presentation slots based on a variety of Corporate Sponsorships.
